For devotees planning a collective spiritual experience, the Shri Amarnath Yatra 2026 brings a streamlined process for Group Registration. Whether you’re heading with a spiritual group, friends, or extended family, here’s a practical breakdown of everything you need to know—without the jargon.

🧭 Who Qualifies for Group Registration?

Any set of 5 or more pilgrims wishing to travel together can apply under the group facility. The system supports a maximum of 30 people per group, per route, per day. Registrations are processed in the order they’re received—so, early applications have an edge.

🧾 What to Include in Your Group Pack?

For each yatri in the group, the following must be submitted:

• Completed Application Form
• Original Medical Certificate (CHC)
• Passport-size photograph, signed on the front
• ₹250 Registration Fee per person
• Postal Charges based on group size (see below)
• Group Leader’s full contact details
• A single Bank Draft payable to Chief Accounts Officer, SASB

The Group Leader is the single point of contact. In case the preferred dates are full, Shrine Board will coordinate directly with the leader to explore alternate options.

📲 RFID Cards: Don’t Miss This!

After successful registration, yatris must complete biometric eKYC to collect their RFID cards. These are mandatory for entering through designated gates like Domail or Chandanwari.

❗ No RFID = No Entry to the Yatra route.

👶 Who Cannot Register?

• Children under 13
• Individuals above 70
• Pregnant women (6+ weeks)

Even with a health certificate, these categories are not eligible.
