Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Amarnathyatrahuts.com, we strive to provide the best possible services to ensure a smooth and hassle-free Amarnath Yatra experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds for various bookings.
1. Tent and Hut Cancellations
Our refund policy for tent and hut bookings depends on the number of days remaining until the Yatra date:
- 0-60 Days Before Yatra Date: No refund on cancellation of booking.
- 61-365 Days Before Yatra Date: A full refund will be provided after deducting 25% as administrative charges.
2. Package Cancellations
For trekking and helicopter packages:
- Booking amounts (₹5,000 for trekking packages and ₹10,000 for helicopter packages) are non-refundable.
- The balance amount will be collected only after your travel permit is obtained, and once paid, the balance amount is non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Force Majeure
In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, refunds may not be available. In such cases, alternative arrangements or rescheduling options may be provided based on availability.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Booking ID
- Name of the person who made the booking
- Yatra dates
- Payment details
